I got the combination egg noodle soup. Very hearty and warm comfort food!! I tried the rice noodles too, but I like the egg noodles more. I prefer firm noodles, and they are more fun to chew. They also give just the right amount of noodles so that they don't all stick together or make the soup starchy. I like to add the jalapenos for some spice. This was a wonderful meal!

My favorite is their Mi Trieu Chau with the yellow mustard sauce. Very tasty broth, crunchy egg noodle, all other ingredients are fresh and portion are generous. My family like to visit this restaurant often and usually on weekends morning before it get too busy near noon time.

The asian foodie in me says long standing 3 to 3.5 star places are the gems of the asian restaurant industry - and this is one of them. The ambiance might be a little tight for some but that's what I appreciate about these seemingly old school spots. They're lean, provide quality, there isn't this need to service you in this fluffy way to your expectations. Do give their rotisserie yellow noodle chicken a go. They use fresh oil and bring it out shortly after you receive your bowl of yellow noodles so its piping hot and crispy. It's always my go to.

Stumbled upon this place and so glad that we did. Their mi sui cao is comparable to China Chen's, really good soup and shrimp wontons! Their banh bot chien Trung has a sauce that is so yummy, I like it probably the best here! Service was great. Will definitely come back!

Been going here with my family for years. The taste and portions are great. I definitely prefer eating here over China Chen. The service is always super fast and efficient. My go to order is always the mi triều châu and bánh bột chiên.

Dined in for a late lunch after 2:30pm on a Friday, so it wasn't busy at all (with two other parties). There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Pretty small indoor space. I can only imagine how cramped it could feel if it was a full house inside. Worker was quick at taking our order and food came out pretty quick. Friendly and quick service! Ordered the mi trieu chau (combo with egg noodles) and hu tieu mi trieu chau (combo with egg & wide rice noodles) with soup on the side. Noodles were cooked well, wasn't stuck together nor overcooked. Instead of minced meat, they have the fish and beef balls. Broth was good! You have the option between raw or boiled bean sprouts. Bean sprouts add a nice crunch to each bite! Jalapeños and chili oil on the side, both are must to add!
